Export promotion projects for enterprises and their aggregate forms identified on a territorial or sectoral basis

Custom export promotion project developed by the Aggregations of the Vicenza Artistic Ceramics companies UNION S.N.C. – LINEASETTE S.A.S. – VETRART

The grant of € 153150,00, went to strengthen the skills of the aggregation of which we were part and in particular of our company aiming to expand the basis of commercial contacts and existing foreign counterparties. The internationalization process, divided into several phases, saw the involvement of “Temporary Export Manager” (TEM), to coordinate businesses in the study and analysis of markets and demand, to capture its characteristics, potential, trends and characteristics of consumers. The guidelines that emerged from the analysis were translated into dedicated marketing actions and the offer of products that were equally differentiated and detailed. During the project, the participation in trade fairs, represented the moment of verification and implementation of the strategies studied and defined by the companies. In parallel, incoming operators were organized and the positioning of companies’ products on e-commerce marketplaces optimized.

The project provided support in the development of internationalization processes through the study of a strategic path of personalized growth, aimed at encouraging penetration and consolidation of the presence in foreign markets of specific interest. In summary, the opportunities developed have reached the strengthening of the range and commercial positioning of the aggregation is sharing the identification of new markets and channels of promotion and sale.

The project has successfully achieved the purpose of carrying out the development of actions for the activation of foreign counterparties.
