Export promotion projects aimed at companies and their aggregated forms identified on a territorial or sectoral basis
Customized export promotion project developed by the Aggregation of Companies Ceramica Artistica Vicentina UNION S.N.C. \u2013 LINEASETTE S.A.S. \u2013 VETRART<\/p>

DESCRIPTION<\/strong>
The granted contribution, amounting to \u20ac153,150.00, was aimed at strengthening the skills of the aggregation we were part of and, in particular, our company, with the goal of expanding the base of existing commercial contacts and foreign counterparts.
The internationalization process, structured in multiple phases, involved the participation of a Temporary Export Manager<\/em> (TEM) to coordinate the companies in market and demand analysis, in order to identify characteristics, potential, trends, and consumer behavior.
The insights emerging from these analyses were translated into targeted marketing actions and the development of equally differentiated and detailed products. During the project, participation in trade fairs represented a key moment to verify and implement the strategies designed and defined by the companies. At the same time, incoming activities for operators were organized, and the positioning of the companies’ products on e-commerce marketplaces was optimized.<\/p>

OBJECTIVES<\/strong>
The project aimed to support the development of internationalization processes through the study of a customized strategic growth path, designed to promote penetration and consolidation in foreign markets of specific interest.
In summary, the developed opportunities achieved the strengthening of the product range and commercial positioning of the aggregation, also by identifying new markets and channels for promotion and sales.<\/p>

RESULTS<\/strong>
